Photography has been an interest of mine from since I can remember, initially using my parents' Box Brownie' I was then treated to a new style of camera: the Kodak 'instamatic'. In those early days I had my photographs processed as 'slides' and displayed via a projector. (Still in my loft and brings out a smile every time we see how funny we looked back then in the '60s). I eventually replaced the Instamatic' with a number of 35mm film cameras; to finally purchasing a Practica Super TL SLR. Here was the opportunity to develop my skills further with a range of different focal-length lenses.

With the introduction of digital photography I replaced my 'film' camera with a number of compact digital cameras. Finally, it was time to progress to a DSLR.

I currently use Canon equipment.
