Unless instructed in writing within 48 hours of an event, David Clarry Photography may display photographs from that event, through any media - electronic or print, in his advertisements, portfolios, exhibitions, competitions and web site or submitted for sale.

Under the Copyright and Design Act 1988 David Clarry Photography owns the copyright of any photography taken.
